Standard Rates
• On-site Computer Repairs*:   1 hour minimum, weekdays until 5pm	Call for pricing!
• Carry-in Service No appointment necessary 1/2 hour min., $50 additional for "rush" service.	Call
Other Rates
• Weekend, Holiday and Evening Service:   Includes work day appointments that begin on or after 5pm.	Call
• Emergency On-site Response*:   On-site within 4 hours!   1 hour minimum	Call
• Scheduled Full Day: Eight hours labor on workdays starting in the morning	Call
• Remote Support:   Telephone Support, Remote Trouble-Shooting &   Network Monitoring	$15.00 per fifteen (15) minutes

* There is a $15 gas surcharge for on-site visits as of July 1, 2005  (covers round trip).
